2022-2024 6.7 Cummins HP Tuners Custom Tuning

22-24 Cummins is now available on the HP Tuners platform!

This is for the standard trucks in 68RFE or Aisin transmission equipped. Not C&C or PTO equipped trucks.

NOTE: Average tuning turnaround on these is 1-2 business days so it is fine if your customer comes by and you perform steps 1 and 2 and the customer returns for remaining steps at a later time.

Some 23 Models equipped with the 6 button cruise control will take longer to build the tuning files for.

The latest HP Tuners BETA VCM suite MUST Be used. (Update before proceeding).

This requires swapping the ECM to a 19-21 year model ECM.

If you are purchasing ECM and/or MPVI from us then you can put ON ORDER in the number field on this order number and then you can include that information when you send in your reads to atbmfg@icloud.com on step 2. You can request what style of SOTF switching method you like when you email the read in (CCV switch or using buttons on the cruise control)

Instructions:

1. With the original ECM installed pull a read with your MPVI3 device.
2. Email the read into us with the order number and ECM S/N on the sticker of the new ECM.
3. You will receive an email back with your tune file in 2-3 business days.
4. Disconnect batteries and install new ECM.
5. Reinstall Batteries after ECM installed.
6. Place the key in the RUN position ( make sure the engine is not running)
7. Install the bypass cable and MPVI3 device into the OBD
8. Open the tune file we provided via email and WRITE ENTIRE to the truck.
9. Once the truck is tuned, HP will prompt you to turn the key off then on. Do NOT turn the engine over. Leave the key in the on position for seconds and then start the truck.
